thanks everyone well i was surprised they got it done so quick but that was my super visor Lenny that pushed it for me Thats why hes back in my good books Hes still got a few items on the list to fix up ... says he will do it. Plus i sent a email to my csr saying i wasn't happy.. Think you really need to stay on their backs,communicate, if you don't, its ignored and your one unhappy customer
