What colour did you go for carpet again? Love your laundry bench - I couldnt figure how to fit one in our laundry but yours looks great - I'm jealous (in a nice way) Cheers Kim Re: Our Coral 'Hamilton 278'-Painting Pics-05/05 196May 10, 2010 6:40 pm Your kitchen is spacious and the cabinet colour stipple seal is looking great. Very pleasing colour choice. Also love the outside colours garage door blends in well with the bricks. Is that Jasper? Re: Our Coral 'Hamilton 278'-Update Pics-10/05 197May 10, 2010 8:40 pm Thanks everyone for lovely comments 2pais the garage, fascias and gutters are all Jasper. Some more to update. The plumber has done the taps, basins and toilets. The electrician has done all the lights, fans and powerpoints, also the wall oven, rangehood, HWS and the watertank pump. The cooktop has a chip in it so he didn't install that. We're really happy with our light choices but I guess you can't really tell until you're all moved in and you have furniture in the rooms too. Not much else happening this week, only the door furniture will be installed. The tiler will be back on Monday to start the main floor tiles. So it's all coming together now. I can't believe it's only been two months since our slab was poured!! I like love it! Love the shower nook. Love how it's in-between two walls. I particularly like your brick spash back. I am biased though. Not long to go now. Thanks Dollar The brick splashback was a must have for me and I love it too. The shower nook was a change to the original plan. I didn't want the glass door to open out into the path of the main bathroom door so I turned it around and then I thought well I don't like to clean glass so lets get rid of that glass wall and make it tiles So less glass and more privacy. I think it turned out well too Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14188 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4376 It seems very clear to me that your contract states that a security account does NOT need to be established so the answer to the builder is NO. If in doubt find a contract… 1 8586 |
