I want to get one.. looked at officeworks, but the quality and/or price wasn't desirable. Built with New Generation (Summit Homes) We own land!... with a slab on it! Plus a shell of a house with stuff inside ! Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 22Jan 22, 2010 8:25 pm I actually got it from Officeworks. Was delivered today but I haven't opened it. Quality looked pretty good in the shop tho. I only wanted a 3 draw but it was cheaper then any of the 2 or 3 draw ones so I just went with 4. $139 http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/Furniture/Filing-Solutions/Steel-Filing-Cabinets/OWSOHO4DGY Built with RedInk Custom 5000 Key Handover 15/12/2009 Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 23Jan 22, 2010 8:36 pm Congrats. I want to steal your colours! Did you choose from the formica range and if so what colours did you use for the bathrooms and kitchen? Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 26Jan 22, 2010 10:47 pm House looks great Now the hard work starts while you make it into a home Seems like you're well on your way though - the furniture is going to look great with your benchtops, it'll be very dramatic when complete. Congratulations on making it this far Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 27Jan 22, 2010 10:55 pm Hi Rhi Yes I used the Formica range, doing this by myself so couldn't really afford to upgrade I still like what I have tho which is the main thing. Kitchen: Wall Tiles: White Gloss Bench Top: Flinders Black Gloss Finish Kickboard/Doors/Drawer fronts: Warm White Velour Ensuite and Bathrooms Wall Tiles: White Glossy Ripple Panache Floor Tiles: Titled ARKM2205 - 2B005 Black (they were originally sposed to be a different colour, a dark grey that exactly matched the bench colour but the builders didn't order the tiles and they were discontinued so I went with the black ones instead) Vanity Top: Formica Papiro Storm Velour Finish Vanity Facing: Formica Snwdrift Velour Finish Hope this helps when choosing your colours Built with RedInk Custom 5000 Key Handover 15/12/2009 Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 29Jan 23, 2010 1:24 pm Hey Ref_kt You enjoyin ur house ? looks good. Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 32Feb 03, 2010 9:11 pm Slab went down if I remember correctly in July (will have to check the dates on my pictures ). Had handover at the end of Dec so about 6 months. I have been slack with pictures I know - only because I have been to busy moving/attempting to unpack/sort out the house etc and was back at work on Monday. Got the internet sorted at home now I think so updated pictures very very soon Built with RedInk Custom 5000 Key Handover 15/12/2009 Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 33Feb 04, 2010 9:25 am Thats great to hear it only took 6 months!! Can I pick your brain?? What did you use on your house in terms of render colour and outside stuff like bricks, fascia colour, gutter and garage colour. Purple butterfly sent me a photo of the house we are building and my hubby doesnt like the frontage anymore and wants the custom frontage and I showed him yours and he said he wants that so looks like thats it, but I told him thats all the input he gets I also noticed that you chose Onxy for your roof tiles, did you incur a fee for this?? We were given the booklet for the custom 5000 when we signed up and it mentions the extra cost in it but no figure. Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pics 34Feb 11, 2010 2:06 pm Hey... Nice house you got there... I'm currently building the Custom 5000 in Mandurah, and I have to say that so far I've been very happy with RedInk in terms of how long they have taken to get things done. The pad went down in January and the brickies finished Monday (8th Feb) they started the roofing yesterday (10th Feb) and are still doing so as I post this Just had a peek at your pics to see how mine will look (nice colours btw!) I'll post a few pics of the walls/doors I changed, and the colours I chose soon. Re: Built the Custom 5000 with RedInk in Perth - heaps of pi 37Mar 08, 2010 8:32 pm Ok I have been bad with updating my photos of what I have done since my last pstings - how ever my camera battery charger is MIA atm, I know I packed it, I just haven't come across is while unpacking yet. Rhi Render colour was closest possible match to the garage door colour. Bricks were whitecliffe by Midland (only cream colour I could select from at no extra charge. Gutter and Fascia colour were to match colourbond (one of the cream ones, cant remember off the top of my head, will hunt out the paper work when I get home from work). Onyx roof tiles didn't cost me extra as they were the replacement colour instead of Sambucca (which was my original colour and no longer made I believe). Welcome to Ryan - saw your thread and love the theatre!!!
