Has anyone from WL seen the new Carlisle displays (behind the current ones) under construction?
There are three houses (I think).. Lexington, Montrose and Haven.

I have met 413.. as a matter of fact .... he is an old mate....... & we came together to buy the block on the first day of release 4... we may have seen you there.... coz intially we wanted to buy next door either 411 & 412 or 412 & 413.... & you bought 412 before us...no grudges really....... now we will have 3 houses in a row of people we know.... its always handy...... our alfresco is more like the back corner of the house towards the direction of 412....... it will end up being 31.5 sq roughly inclusive of alf.. garage etc..... we should catch up at the blocks one of these days I say....... when its not 40 deg regards Cool that would be great - Has your friends in 413 picked a design yet? are they building single or double? Re: williams landing 645Jan 10, 2010 10:42 pm Hello I am new to the forum and appreciate everyone sharing their experiences to date it has been useful hearing about everyone's plans and general enthusiasm for the development. I am building with Carlisle their Metro 51 footprint we are one of a few private lots in the Show Village facing the bike trail behind the PD Display Homes. Just finished framing and the inspection is scheduled for Weds. We hope to move in around Oct at least that's what the contract says! I look forward to meeting our new neighbours at some stage. I guess they will prolly build a single storey only......... will keep you posted on that... will look forward to the slab being laid too... cheers! Yes i agree - I was there today driving past and one side is net ball rings the other is basketball - what a great idea. Haven't seen Orbit, Places or Simonds yet, I will next week. Is exciting to see them open. PD finished 5 and there are two more to open. Bbank started 3 houses and AVJ is getting ready to start 3 more. JKing seem willing to build 3, but I am not sure cos there is land in both sides of the home they started.
