House is 99.999% complete. I got some subby work left to finish and builder has a couple of tiny tidbits.

keystart called me today, they are ready to hand over final payment. Not to bad considering I only put the paperwork in this Monday gone.

spoke to keystart today, we are confirmed for keys on wednesday.

payment will be going to builder tonight/monday.

I think the house looks great. Nothing wrong with the "pale" colour at all. Nice to be able to put in lots of colour in the garden and have it really be a standout anyway
