You know you have to worry about a company that is booked up for over a week before they can come to your problem, how many MORE problems are they dealing with before they get to yours? Reminds me of my washing machine repair guys, who made 3 appointments and didn’t show up for any!!! Hello…..people work, time off to be at home for you, and you don’t show, or remember to ring? Idiots!!! How about you tell them to take it with them when they come……and you’ll replace it with another brand! Mind you, knowing PD, theres a fair chance that its an insatllation problem rather than a dishwasher problem!! Will let you know a result soon! We had a blanco dishwasher back when I lived with the olds and it never missed a beat for about 12 years! Same with oven, etc! Built Porter Davis "Dromana" 2007. I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that it doesn't always dry the dishes properly. The cycle finishes but everything is still quite damp. Probably happens 1 in every 5 washes. Bizarre Re: Blanco - Good appliances, CRAP service! 9Dec 05, 2007 9:41 am Amber Hey vanders - we have the same dishwasher .. what is the issue with yours? I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that it doesn't always dry the dishes properly. The cycle finishes but everything is still quite damp. Probably happens 1 in every 5 washes. Bizarre It doesnt drain properly - a few inches of water is left in the bottom after it's done.....which it what suggests to us it may be something to do with the installing! Our supervisor has had a look and thinks its installed properly, but admits he really doesnt know much about them!! Built Porter Davis "Dromana" 2007. Re: Blanco - Good appliances, CRAP service! 10Dec 05, 2007 11:22 am Ok....a the result is...... "some thingy wasnt drilled properly through when dishwasher installed" (the technical explanation passed on by the future mother in law!)
So....not a dishwasher issue.....an install issue! How not suprising.... Looks like the Blanco is ok for the moment Matt! Though their service is still crappy! Built Porter Davis "Dromana" 2007.
