I was looking through the windows and saw the ceiling and floor skirting are all done, internal doors installed, pantry/linen installed.  The SS said the painters are coming in this week. They're called 'Creative Mode Homes'. I was there at the land to see what's happening with it, and it looks like that tradies transferred it into a trash area. There are tens of beer cans and bottles. Our next door neighbour is building with Simonds, and the other one hasn't started yet. Our lot number is 1519. Have to make sure the land is fence up on settlement. I have seen lotsa sites affected especially if it is left open. For sure will come and say hi when we see you. I'm still in early stages would love to hear from you. thanks Hi vivica7604 We are the others that Khaled refers to as building through Creative Mode Homes. We are at painting stage and we can report that to date there is very little to feed back to you about problems. The biggest issue for us has been the site supervisor - he is just so busy it is hard to get hold of him - but once you do he puts your mind at rest. He is a terrific SS and makes sure it all goes to plan. The quality of this builder is second to none and of a superior quality to most we have seen. If you need any questions answered just ask but we think that you are going to love your new house! Did you design your own house or one of CMH's designs? Are you dealing with Anthony? They need to order everything so they will be doing this for the next few days then before you know it the house will be finished! Any new pics of the tiling etc.? Guys, sorry for the delay. The building process has actually slowed down, probably because they need to get different tradies to do all the finishing touches. Our SS has updated us saying that they will be installing the fly screens and have the renders painted this week. His plans are to get us to do the final inspection by the end of the month before installing the floor boards to the remaining rooms. He is just afraid that people would damage them  He would like to get us in the house by the first or second week of Nov. Hopefully everything goes as planned. Can you guys let me know what should I be concern during the inspection process? We just don't have a clue on what to look for, probably have to make sure all electrical stuff works, and all doors are functioning.. hmm.. lotsa thinking to do.
