Just in the process of installing a pool, it has been completed (Fibreglass) and the finished height of the concrete surrounds is at the top of the house weep holes with tiles to go on top.
We have a 150mm gap between the house and the Concrete with a drain laid between the house and the concrete. If we overhang the Stone into the gap is there any regulations around the gap you need the weep hole to have? The AS 3700-2018 for Masonry Structures Section 4.7.2 has nothing about gaps above, below or in front of.
Looking around it says ideally you need to see them so you can inspect them etc, there is 50mm from the bottom of the weep hole to the top of the drain section.
Want to find out now before we leave a 50mm gap from the stone to the wall and find out we had to leave more and then rip up expensive stone to get the pool complied
