Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 06, 2023 7:12 am Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew the setback requirements for a lot/property in Cumberland Council (NSW). The lot/property is on Adler Parade, Greystanes - has anyone perhaps done a knock down rebuild in the area recently? We're thinking about purchasing the lot/property and doing a knock down rebuild, but I just wanted to understand the buildable space for the lot/property.
