Building in Brisbane.
Builder is coral homes.
proposed building pad 54.63 , LPD is 54.23 at curb.
Q1: the furthest DP is ~ 30m to LPD -> this means fall is about 1% (i believe that this is the minimum for council guidelines: https://cityplan.brisbane.qld.gov.au/ep ... 1202/0/209)
-> this seems reasonable but is it me or that the 2 bends in the pipe on the left sided of the home doesn't make sense? will water even flow?
Q2: isn't it not allowed for stormwater to pass under driveways? (7.2.3)
Q3: is there enough fall even accounting for passing under the driveway? is there enough spacing between pipe and driveway - read that minimum is 75 or 100mm below pavements with vehicular loading.
Q4: any suggestions for improvement? not sure if i can ask the builder to change this?
