But it does not cover specfications for Gutters, boxes, cladding etc so will ask them to add more details. And I will look more for Gantt Charts etc here. Re: Structural Modifications - Trade list help 4Nov 02, 2022 3:27 pm Gutters, boxers and downpipes should be installed by plumber AFAIK Roof sheets are installed by roofers. You would also need some sort of roof rails/scaffolding during roof installation. You can also potentially consider ordering steel frame with installation as an option. I have not considered Steel frame so far. Will get a quote and see how steel option work/cost. Will be interesting to see if they will help install Wooden(along with Steel) beam for support to existing roof. And thanks for clarity on Gutter/Downpipes etc. Assuming you've modelled the TB8, TB10, TB12, TB2 & J1 joists/LVLs there, it appears as per drawing to me.
