Hi all,
Just wondering how everyone has gone with soil samples.
Main concern, if sampled before a Knock Down, then afterwards the rating changed due to different ‘site conditions’ which of course changes the footings design and more $$$.
Or is it worth just planning for the worst and being pleasantly surprised when not a terrible rating.. haha
