Although this was 4 years ago when BASIX requirements were a lot less and our block was in a new estate so totally flat and already set up to build on. On a separate note, I couldnβt recommend Hall and Hart more. Good quality finish and no nightmare stories around that you hear about most other project home builders. What you had been added seems very reasonable. We were expecting something around 30-50K given it's a KDR site. Can't get my head around the material handling extra charge of 20K as an example. Other things we have much less understanding of so hard to tell. Really appreciate you sharing your experience and thoughts, also on the overall HH recommendation.
