We are waiting for them to start construction. Elyse 38 is our design. building in Minto. they said they will definitely start in November. lets hope.

Hey Carolcicc, as mentioned on the other topic, it greatly depends on the configuration/size/inclusions package chosen. It can vary quite alot, but we found it to be competitive.
