Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Nov 26, 2019 9:11 pm Hi guys, I recently discovered a few cracks in brickwork outside of the house as in the photos. I am wondering who I should call for a good report and potential fixing. I read that it might be something to do with restumping or underpinning but I am not too sure. The house was built with concrete stump in ~1979. Any advices are welcomed please and thank you. I had a guy come and did some measurements within the house and also looked outside. He believes it is not too bad and is recommending jack and pack work only.
