It might cost a bit but its heaps cheaper than custom! Like at least half the cost. That worked out best for us even though we had very limited space. I think this is probably the most exciting part of the build, seeing the cabinetry and tiling go in and getting a good feel for the colour scheme you’ve picked. I think he told me the ensuite has two layers under screed and two on top to be sure that it doesnt leak into the roof but I havent seen up there yet.
