Undermount looks much more seem less however if you've got an inbuilt drainer I'd do it as a drop in as the cutout will be large. With and undermount or undermount I thought they still have to cut to size to accomodate the side drainer? Personally I think undermount looks good with just bowls and no drainer, it looks clean and minimal Once the sink includes a drainer I think they look better as a drop in. As I said this is a personal thing so you may feel differently.
