Appears that the other 3 ports weren't connected to the antenna or splitter when installed. The issue i now face is, I have a colourbond and flat roof, so there's no manhole and I can't access the inside of the roof to see what's happening with the wires. Not sure how to go about connecting the remaining 3 ports.
