Happy 4 months over contract to us. We are now heading into our 59th week and still not finished. What a massive nightmare that’s all I can say. Never thought this would ever turn it like this. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 11286Nov 05, 2018 5:50 pm MrsJM s-X-s Corallake We have a 20kw 3-phase Inverter Daikin unit with 8 seperate zones. Each zone can be used independently from the other. We are waiting for the new Sky-fi controller so we can all access it via our phones. On these hot days we have it on 23-24 C on low and it's great. However we did not get it through Coral and they were fine with it. They did to the cavity work and then the AC company came and put the unit in. We saved a fair bit. Not sure if they still allow this. We have been in our home for nearly one year. We took this as part of flooring and aircon promo for $4999. So we thought it was good deal... it comes with basic invertor and it won't run as far I know individually and their premium invertor costs around $2.5k and not sure it has that feature to run all zones individually without main zone. how much you paid for that 20kw Daikin? did ur installers add/customize with something like izone or myair - I see you are adding Sky-fi controlller (ok its just a replacement/alternative for daikin's own controller). Myair needs to be installed when aircon is installed as there is hardware part ( hassle afterwards) and it's not just running zones. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Szzx9Eljww Do you happen to know if there’s anyway to upgrade the aircon after installation to get remote connectivity at all? We were never given an option to change or upgrade the unit and it would be great to be able to at least turn the unit on and off from the mobile! Thanks! The product we got in our quote 'SkyFi' was being upgraded so we are still waiting. We only had one main control unit downstairs installed. We could have had the second control unit hard wired in upstairs but then we could not have the SkyFi option (it's either one or the other). There are several options available but still waiting for this one to be released. Hubby is chasing this up tomorrow. It should be doable - if you just want the controller option with mobile app. But full system of myair, airtouch or izone needs changes to ducts, but aircon installers will do it and it will costs more on existing aircons. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 11289Nov 06, 2018 3:44 pm Hi All, Does anyone have the pictures of all shower and ceaserstone at coral homes colour selection? We are thinking of upgrading shower and ceaser stone but unfortunately when we went for our colour appointment we panicked and didn't ask which are Range B and Range C stones and their cost. Now we are not happy with our standard selection 😔 We are at Sunshine coast and couldn't travel that far with baby. Any information is appreciated. Thanks. I am actually looking for the ceaser stone cost they charge for upgrading from standard to 20mm Range B and Range C. Also how much do they cost for 20mm waterfall model for one side. Oh i see, you really have to ask colour studio for that upgrade cost, becuase they will give an exact cost based on the size of ur actaul kitchen. We upgraded to 40mm in the Supernatural range which was $7500 , our kitchen is massive!! However if ur only upgrading to say organic white, which is beautiful, it be very affordable Re: Coral Homes general build thread 11293Nov 06, 2018 7:57 pm MrsAJ WowBingo MrsAJ Use the visualizer, http://www.caesarstone.com.au/colour/5110-alpine-mist We chose apline mist, but that's a massive upgarde $$$ Thanks. We upgraded to organic white and it was around $1100 for a 40mm, 900 x 3000mm island bench. Also Georgian bluffs has been down graded to C range (same as organic white) we did our colours a few weeks ago Re: Coral Homes general build thread 11294Nov 06, 2018 8:21 pm wowbingo Thank you. You are right, the colour studio can give exact cost based on the measurements but to get the first round of quote from Colour studio is taking so long and we haven't received the pricing for whatever we asked them yet. Again if we ask them for the quote of other colours and I fear its gonna take another 3-4 weeks and delay the build further. Moreover if we are kinda of know approximate price then thought we can just tell them we wanted so and so ceaser stone and add them in. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 11297Nov 06, 2018 8:37 pm MrsAJ kevinmarques89 Both the stones you mentioned looks amazing. These falls in the 4 digits cost which we cannot afford I guess. I will try and email our sales person and try to get the costing. Thank you Re: Coral Homes general build thread 11299Nov 07, 2018 9:24 am Thanks. That's true they just charge so much for the black colour and dont allow us to supply as well 🙁. We wanted to upgrade the single shower instead of the standard chain type to tube one. Hope I m making sense. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15036 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 6147 |
