Would be better to get it post handover if we feel the need..good to know that it can be done later. Thanks You will need some type of noggin, etc attached to the beams of your alfresco for where you wish the fan to sit before the gyprock goes on. Hi Oz, Where did you get the fan from? May I know the brand? Have you submitted CDC yet? We received our submission plans which took a week so I was pleased about that, I asked whether it was possible to make a few amendments (like moving downpipes away from facade), little did I know that more than 2 weeks or is it 3 weeks later, I lost count, we are still waiting not knowing if the amendments could be made. So, unfortunately, CDC has not started yet. I have also come to the realisation that despite our CSR's advice last month on slab "definitely" be laid before Christmas, is not going to happen. Manhattan52, I know you have had a long delay, did W charge you the $1K a month to keep contract pricing? I feel it would be unfair for us to be paying this extra cost if it’s W that is causing the delay. Where are you up to now? Where are you up to now? No they didn’t charge any extra we had no problems with that. We were advised by our salesperson we would have a slab by last Christmas. Still in production estimates and waiting for excavation Hopefully you will have a slab by Easter we are currently at 4 months since CDC approval to give you an idea of timeframe. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 13070Oct 17, 2018 10:24 pm Anyone doing a skylight post handover? I know there is a builder mark up but the same brand and size skylight is available at Bunnings for $330, obviously excluding labour cost but with W it is PA$2275. Also, can anyone share the brand / supplier of the rainwater tank used by W? Just want to check out dimensions available. I think they do a 3000L but is unlikely thats what you will have for a KDRB Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 13073Oct 18, 2018 1:24 pm [quote="becks81"]Just tracking DAs on my council website, e.g. front fence approved this month was submitted in June!!!! Heres hoping you have no revisions for approval Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 13074Oct 18, 2018 1:28 pm M4bath Anyone doing a skylight post handover? I have done skylight with W, I got the velux fixed skylight FS C06 2004 with solar block out blind for $2800. I had checked with team in Australia who can do skylight post handover the charges to do were roughly 1200 and the price of product.
