Vinyl/carpet going down elsewhere. Spent some extra $$ on the floor tile (450x450) which we have also used as a feature behind the black/white ensuite bath. Standard white 600x300 tile on the walls. Electrical fit-out commenced and will be completed tomorrow. Expected practical completion this Friday followed by 1 -2 weeks before handover - can't wait. Handover 14/9/2018 Handover set for tomorrow. Had a walk through again today and all looking good. Then the task of moving (not going to rush), fencing, solar, pool, landscaping/concreting and the list goes on.
