I love the idea of small basin in WC. I see you said that you had to make it bigger to fit the basin, just wondering where you took the space from as we might ask builder to do similar. Any other tips? 😊 Your house is lovely and I hope you are settled in now & enjoying it all 😊 plan,block,contract:8-9/2009 Land settle & FHOG$:15/2/2010 Site start:19/5 Slab:4/6 Frames&Trusses:11/6 Roof,windows:24/6 Bricks:1-5/7 Gyprock:14-16/7 Kitchen!,garage door:5/8 Driveway,verandah,tank:2/9 Paint:17-23/9 Tiles!!:15-20/10 Kitchen&bathroom appliances,blinds:22/10 Carpet:8/11My blog: http://buildingbug.blogspot.com Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 112Nov 22, 2018 5:56 am building bugHi, just found your thread and looking at building the grange 25. The WC was increased in length by reducing bedroom 2 by 180mm to accommodate the wall hand basin. In terms of tips my biggest one would be to ensure your not making any changes after the contract is signed as the admin process can be very slow without changes and even more slow with changes. Apart from that we had a great time building with coral and can’t fault the build. Good luck with your build 😊 Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 113Nov 22, 2018 8:55 am building bugHi, just found your thread and looking at building the grange 25.
