I know I was getting so stressed 🙌 and they actually look pretty nice to,
Yes we have front landscaping and fencing included, I know that I want to upgrade to I think it’s blue palamino grass (excuse the spelling)
Layby is such a good way to it you don’t have to worry about everything taking up all the space,
we pretty much have everything else it’s only a year old so can’t upgrade for a while 🙂,
that’s really nice of your mum parents are amazing with things like that,
I honestly haven’t even thought about the atenna something else to add to our list 😩,
Haha I feel you with gardening I really don’t have a green thumb, I’m thinking planter box around one corner against the fence, to where we want to put the pool and two feijoa trees out the back.
Have you got your fencing up already? I’ve spoken to one company about the side fence panel and the side gate but I think we need to wait so we can get a definite quote

I love layby for that reason and also for the fact you can spread the payments out and not be hit with having to fork out $800+ for furniture.
My mum’s been amazing. Let me take over her home for a year, boxes everywhere and my clothes in multiple wardrobes. I know she’s looking forward to having her space back.
The antenna I only just remembered this week. A few others on the forum have had IH install them for around $400. I’m getting someone to install mine for $240.
I think Pinterest will be my best friend when it comes to ideas for the backyard. My brother has done such an amazing job with his I think we should be able to create something that looks great.
My fencing is up. I’m probably the 4th last house to be built on our street so I’ve not had to worry about fencing. I did try and get a quote from the estates fencing company but no response. In the end i did a package deal with the company supplying my security doors and saved $350 for a slat gate with lock which brought it to the same cost as another quote I’d received.
