Looking forward to watching your build Actually we did go well over the allowances, but still within our own budget. The re-selection was for the battens that form part of the St Kilda facade. There are now only 2 colours to choose from (a bit disappointing). Have read everything more than twice, but experience tells me that you can still miss something. That's why we pay them I think. Well and truly looking forward to getting started. Other builds around town seem to be going well. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
