Yep, a month already! Insane! Time flies when you're having fun! Especially with all that activity around - the estate is picking up - noticed stage 5 builds r starting too - well that was were I wanted to buy till they changed the plan at last minute Yes there are lots of builds happening at the moment which is great! And it looks like 3 complete houses ready to move in to just about. Hopefully they keep on popping up and finishing, the more neighbours the better, it's very eerie at times. How is your build going pEast? How is your build going pEast? Having waterproofing/ fixing stage inspection next Friday - then probably expecting cabinets and kitchen stuff the week after should go in. It is going to be a bit slow. Yes noticed the Simonds on corner near you has the fence up too which is good follow my build Arden homes Votivo 37 iin south east: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88622 Re: Building Simonds Express - Westbury Premium - East Estat 215May 02, 2018 10:39 am pEast smithfamily Yes there are lots of builds happening at the moment which is great! Can't see much with the scaffolding still up so it's hard for me to tell what stage you're at. Yes the Simonds on the corner now has their fence up. I'm not sure what's happening with the Simonds on the front corner near us though, it has it's blinds in but no fence and no-one has been on site there for weeks! Re: Building Simonds Express - Westbury Premium - East Estat 217May 03, 2018 10:22 am Bri1234 Check if there’s a gas meter? That was our hold up. There's definitely a gas meter there. They were broken into some time ago, which caused part of the house to be flooded....perhaps that is still being repaired? Time will tell..... Another Simonds build diagonally opposite us now has fence up and driveway in, we expect them to move in within a week or two from now. Yay, a neighbour! Haha Re: Building Simonds Express - Westbury Premium - East Estat 218May 28, 2018 1:10 pm We have managed to get our front landscaping complete over the weekend, thanks to the perfect Melbourne weather! So for the time being, we have nothing to do outside! We have covered all mud areas with crushed rock, level and ready for concrete once we save some more $$$ and decide exactly what we want to do. Grass isn't dead and is going well, plants are in the front! Now we can concentrate on inside hahaha Crushed rock down side and around backLike ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Left of driveway, Metrosideros Tahiti hedging. Mainly because we still need to get the back fence replaced. Don’t really want to do the yard and have it messed up. All being well the fence will hopefully be done in the next couple of weeks. Plus turns out the neighbour on our other side is happy to replace that fence too. Yay.
