SS told us the same thing about keeping out. Got scolded this week for querying something which I could only have know about because I’d been on site 🤷♀️ Thanks. We wanted a big outdoor area. That's a bit naughty - LOL!! Not too worried about being outside the fence as there aren't any houses either side at the moment. I will ask for a walk through in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately between kids, work and how far we live from site can only possibly organise a visit with SS for a weekend, will have to see if that’s possible. If not will just have to wait for PCI. Can't hurt to ask. How much longer before it is supposed to be finished? I don't think my hubby will want me anywhere near the site once things start to progress. He knows that I am really bad with seeing stuff half done. It is probably a good thing that they don't want me on the inside of the fence. Re: Coral Homes - Grange 25 (it's started) 91Apr 23, 2018 1:17 pm Frames have been delivered and are being started today. My mum went past this morning and said that there were 3 guys working and looked like most of the wall frames were up. Hope to have some photos tomorrow. Our slab got poured this morning, so we have been told frames next Monday That would be exactly the same as us with slab pour on Monday and frames started following Monday. We saw the Energex man there on Sunday, so he must have hooked the power up. I rang Origin on 12 April for new connection and then they were there on 22 April (10 days). I can't wait to see it, but can't get there until tomorrow. We are glad Wednesday is a public holiday, be good to see all the work in person will check back in on your topic tomorrow for some snaps Re: Coral Homes - Grange 25 (it's started) 95Apr 23, 2018 2:27 pm bestspecials Frames have been delivered and are being started today. Walls are up with roof trusses being done tomorrow and gutters and fascia being done on Thursday. Outdoor area. It actually looks the way I pictured in my head. Such a relief. Re: Coral Homes - Grange 25 (it's started) 98Apr 24, 2018 7:01 am Dylandbrooke Wow!!! Look at your outdoor area😍 cant wait to get mine concreted!!!! Hope it looks as good as that! Just so happy that it looks the way I had imagined. It won't be long and your outdoor area will be finished and you will be living there. I wonder how long it will be before the site fence goes up Re: Coral Homes - Grange 25 (it's started) 100Apr 24, 2018 10:02 am cigr How exciting, such great progress. That huge window is going to look great. There isn't much room down this side of the house, so we are planning either a vertical garden or one of those nice screen panels on the fence outside the dining window. The big window will also let in a lot of light. I just love windows and seeing we are on a small block, I thought that we may as well bring in as much light as possible. Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15075 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 6259 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with… 14 109949 |
