Sales person will be able to help you in having any structure changes. In my case, i have extended house length my 2m at back and increase room sizes as well changed the back passage entry from sales person. Later on, after i was with admin i went sales person only for further changes and add ons. I would say i was lucky to have that admin who saved me lot of money and gave some useful suggestions too along the way...

To change to black wrought iron rod balustrades cost us $2k from standard and to increase our landing was another $600.
The cost to go full glass balustrades gave me a heart attack so I’m not even going to look for the quote in my emails

Hello, has anyone got the alarm deluxe package by Henley, any feedback on this? is this worth it or need to upgrade more than this? Thanks!

We chose the deluxe pet package with 8 zones ($1500) for our double storey and I feel it’s enough to cover the house.
The tech who installs the alarm will select the best locations for the sensors but as the consultant said to us; you can’t have to many sensors to protect your home.
We haven’t moved in yet and currently at fixing stage.
