Probably has something to do with me complaining to developer yesterday about weeds being at shoulder height on alot of vacant blocks. After a hiccup with our fencing guy, they've finally started. As far as the house is concerned, stolen carpet has now been replaced and driveway has been sealed making it look much nicer than before! All that's left now before PCI on Thursday is a full clean! So exciting! Can't wait to see when the fencing is finished, hopefully by Tuesday/Wednesday. Hope it all goes well. With the amount of construction still happening for the next few years in our area, I'm glad we went with 1.95m. Yeah, about that (PCI)...... It's now been delayed due to painter not finished touch ups for QA and clean hasn't been done either. So SS will confirm with me tomorrow night whether it will be Friday arvo or Monday..... frustrated is an understatement.... But, SS was very apologetic and said that the painter hasn't done his job properly with touch ups. I just went past the house and there are a tonne of red stickers for their internal QA so painter has alot to do tomorrow! Just extremely frustrating as we're on a deadline now to get settlement/handover for Easter.
