Scaffolding for first floor done and preparing for roof trusses - Also noticed that they have replaced temporary support for balcony with timber post

Us too! Received frame invoice day before Xmas break yet the porch & roof trusses for alfresco has not been completed nor the overhang rectified - anyway we got the invoice to be retracted. We are still waiting for things to be rectified with frame.

Yep, same here, actually received the invoice on the morning they were meant to be closed. We just replied it's not complete and ignored it.

I already sent an email asking them to send me invoice only with DJM approval certificate for frame stage - so let’s see how it goes - I am free tomorrow from work and might just park my car near my site to see whether DJM visit the site 😀

peast we currently have roof & guttering on, all the rough ins (elec, plumbing & air con) done, & house has been wrapped. Still slow going, but they can’t progress to hebel until the frame is signed off...

On 08/02/18 midnight - looks like ready for roof trusses as they r spread out rather than in one bundle

I think DJM might be having a long Christmas break - after all with this housing boom they r certainly minting some koney - hope they come to work soon with so many builds awaiting their kind approval

Roof trusses for rumpus, Alfresco and garage done. Some windows put in on 12/02/2018.

I'm eagerly awaiting the frame stage invoice so that we can get private inspector and see how the build then progresses. I ended up telling them to send the invoice with the surveyor passed certificate which I think might delay the invoice. You r right who cares about the builders surveyors report rather more important to get the stuff fixed pointed out by private inspector.

Fascia and gutter done today Plus received Invoice for frame. Booked inspection for Monday morning.

Roof completed over House and only remaining over rumpus plus Alresco. Frame inspection also completed on 19/02/2018.

How did your frame inspection go peast? We just got Darbecca through to inspect the frame again (2.5 months after 1st frame inspection)...not going great so far 😢

What 2 and half months - Arden still not fixed your frames issues. Which means your house is still not wrapped/hebel. I too was thinking of going with Darbecca or Housepect unfortunately just kept deciding, deciding and deciding and ended up again with NHI and again unhappy. For example, we picked that activity area upstairs walls r not straight but he did not mention anything.
Still waiting for the report..
