So day 2 of frames they put roof or whatever on ground floor

Day 3 first floor walls done and scaffolding removed by mid- day - delivered one day later after day 2 of frames

So as per my records - they worked Wed - 01/02/18 then on Monday 5/2/18 and and by mid Wednesday first floor. Walls done and scaffolding removed

Yes they r pulling along with the pre-fab - roof trusses delivered. Have been told to expect frame invoice this Friday if all goes to plan
But the structure does not look massive despite length being around 22 metres lengthwise

Unforthnately we were not able to stop half of our invoice payment from going through, and we paid for our Darbecca inspection without frame being complete too! Are trying to get them to compensate us for these two - will see how we go!! peast make sure you ask to see the report before the invoice - your contract outlines approval from DJM necessary to be able to invoice you for frame stage. Good luck!! Glad to see you’re finally seeing some progress 😊 Feels like it’s taking forever doesn’t it?!!
