Yeah I figured now with the plaster everything will be filled in and smoothed out. Just more worried about the gaps around windows where the plaster isn't flush more than anything else in terms of letting in air and noise. That is fantastic that you got an awesome deal and saved heaps as well! I don't know about you but I was really surprised to find E&S cheaper / more competitive than places like GG and even Appliances online. Maybe they have bigger buying power or something. Who knows. Just happy to benefit! And that's great to hear about the Bosch laundry appliances. They do get great reviews! The exception to this is Asko who need payment when the order is placed and only warehouse for 6 months unless negotiated otherwise. The added bonus with E&S is that the warranty starts when it leaves the warehouse as they issue the final invoice on despatch ... I've got a long standing relationship with E&S and they're always cheaper than TGG and Starving Norman (even on a wholesale account) Our Bayside KDR Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78298 Re: Our Custom Hamptons Inspired Home - Plaster Done! 598Jan 18, 2018 4:41 pm Stairs went in today And finally got the developer, water company and builder out on site together to sort out our water connection and sewerage discharge issues.
