Oopps sorry, yes, 30th November...so you've been plastered and no lock up invoice yet? How come our house was not properly locked up with missing and broken windows and we got invoiced already?
My plastering work about 80% finished but they just started brick laying the first floor. So they do those work in parallel.
According to PD..
" Lock up stage – It looks finished from the outside! Your roof and brickwork is completed, plumbing installed, all electrical, security, ducted vacuum and heating and cooling fitted. BSS Group will head out to your block and do an independent quality inspection."
Cant we challenge the invoicing queen if the building work has not reach the stage?

I guess they can't bill you yet because they haven't finished your bricks yet. Our hebel has been finished, but we've got 2 broken windows (master and living) and the windows to the family and lounge has never ever been installed. We had a walk thru with our SS last Wednesday and he said that he booked for our windows to be installed and our plaster will be done this week. It's been raining the last few days and as per our Darbecca inspector, the batts and plaster must not be installed until the house is water tight, so I was having nightmares about these missing and broken windows and our SS starting our plaster too:-(
