You can check using the interactive map: http://services.land.vic.gov.au/maps/bushfire.jsp. That's great news!! Thanks for sharing this link I couldn't find our estate for a minute there, then I realised it was because a whole bunch of the new roads are added to the map now! *progress!!* Re: The ivy, Doreen 145Nov 24, 2017 9:28 am Sam77 Hi Guys, I have been advised from Rhonda that stage 6 has been moved back to June 2018 (was May 2018 before). Another month delay! Wow, it just keeps getting pushed back! Did she mention when stage 5 would be released? Re: The ivy, Doreen 151Nov 28, 2017 3:44 pm Hi all!! For anyone who has already done site soil tests, did you, or anyone you know of find rock? Trying to understand if thats common in the area as my builder doesn't do fixed site costs (they just charge the actual cost of the work). Re: The ivy, Doreen 152Nov 28, 2017 6:13 pm Bel_ Hi all!! Re: The ivy, Doreen 153Nov 29, 2017 3:10 pm Dicko How has everyone got on with the front landscape plan to get the rebate? How would I go about making a plan? Assume they'll be difficult and pedantic about it all What rebate are you referring to? I'm just drawing up our plans in powerpoint. Anyone that's had to do it already got any idea how much detail they want (i.e. do they want plant names etc, or is a general schematic enough)? You get $5k back if the front is done within 3 months Re: The ivy, Doreen 155Nov 29, 2017 4:37 pm Dicko tealgecko Dicko How has everyone got on with the front landscape plan to get the rebate? No doubt most of the plants will die... but everyone's yard will look like a jungle. 2 trees per lot on top of street trees is crazy - we're on a corner and I can already imagine the visual hazards that come with them. Re: The ivy, Doreen 160Dec 04, 2017 3:06 pm tanz1110 I am unable to see $5k rebate in Stage 5 contract. Can anyone else see same rebate in their contracts. I think it was only the early stages & more difficult to sell lots that had the rebate. We're in Stage 6 & don't have it either. |
