Arden Developments 2142Nov 01, 2017 1:01 pm If you think the tile is something different from Arden’s range, then take samples. Otherwise they do have most tiles there to look at. You dont have a seperate app with Beaumont, just choose at Arden show room. FC is gorgeous. We would have chosen it but as doing Hampton’s theme it wasn’t white enough for us, it’s almost an ivory! Gorgeous though. Re: Arden Developments 2143Nov 01, 2017 1:09 pm pEast buildingtheTrajMahal Hi Everyone! It has been wonderful reading all the posts (yes, we have read all of them!) over the past year since we fell in love with the Votivo in Wollert and decided that it was THE ONE! We have done all the pre construction side of things, and are now waiting (rather impatiently) for all the paperwork to be completed, and to get a start date!!!!! We are building a modified Votivo 37 (which makes it a 41) in the Outer North. I have an instagram page (same username) which I am slowly adding all the features of our soon to be home Look forward to sharing our build with you all I am building vot 37 so would like to see ur progress and modified plans too - just had site cut yesterday We didn't modify much, but extended garage, flipped the front half of the house due to crossover location and moved rumpus all the way to one side Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Arden Developments 2144Nov 01, 2017 1:12 pm Votivo45Wallan Manj 8 more days until our colour appointment Any advice my dears ??? Have you chosen anything yet? Go visit Beaumont tiles before, any of them is fine. I got brochures from Corinthian to look at front doors (can do online). Multiple trips to mitre10 before hand to pick paint colour, grab colour swatches for colourbond so can pick gutters/roof, carpet was easy - just know that you need to upgrade as included is terrible, Pinterest and homr mags for kitchen inspiration - I found kitchen colours/splashback the most difficult. You can see small scale stone but can visit caeserstone showroom to see large slabs - might make you fall in love with cat 4 plus though, we stuck to cat 2 in the ended but was tempted! We made changes to colours after tender so your not locked in. Thanks Ezza78, not all... I went twice to Beaumont and have few samples in mind... So do we also get a Beaumont appointment later? Or do we request the samples from Beaumont and take them to colours? I have my heart set on Frosty Carina for my kitchen bench and organic white for the rest .... for Cabinetry I like Blank wenge and natural oak riven .... splashback I'm thinking Scallopini to match the black Wenge top and tower cabinetry colours ... I did download the coranthian brochure now ... (worst case I will just take my prev. builders colour document and ask them to match it...) Frosty for the main kitchen bench Organic white for the rest Natural oak top kitchen cupboards White (forgot which one now lol) for bottom cupboards. I copied Hannah and Clint's theblock2017 bathroom tile (carrara marble rhomboid) for the splashback.
