Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building at Catherine Park 147Sep 18, 2017 5:24 pm Can't say that I've really looked at it that closely, I'll reserve judgement till I see it against our dark driveway. They're preparing to pour from Law along Phillips to McNeil, so we'll see how that goes in the next few days. I know we'd love to come down to the Robbins lane opening, would be great to put a face to the 'forum' name. On a positive note, our waterproofing gets done tomorrow, ready for tiling to begin by the end of the week, and the kitchen gets delivered on Wednesday On a more Re: Building at Catherine Park 149Sep 18, 2017 5:31 pm Goes up Law to the end of the house on the corner , so about 30m up Law, same for McNeil Re: Building at Catherine Park 151Sep 18, 2017 5:58 pm Have you seen the trees they have along Robbins lane, all coming into flower at the moment Re: Building at Catherine Park 152Sep 19, 2017 6:22 am Love the trees! I figure they won't do Law Cres footpath until all the driveways are down. Same with the trees. Last thing we want is street trees being damaged by builders. Your place is coming along joannapaulp. Do you expect to be in before Christmas? We have CDC approval and are now in validation stage. Did you guys get the email about the Kensington release? Mentions a dog park. Wasn't expecting that. Yes, we've finally turned a sod or two lol Our SS reckons the slab will be poured next week. Will need a couple of weeks to cure though because side access is now limited and they will therefore need to put heavy machinery on the slab itself. Its such a relief to be underway. Both the electricians and alarm people have been in touch so we are back to making decisions again. Is anyone else going with a tv aerial?
