Coral build- Modified Bronte 42 - We're in!!! https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=82234&p=1513775&hilit=coral+modified+bronte#p1513775 Re: The Jeffery Pad - Coral Homes - QLD 720Aug 15, 2017 7:51 pm Ok sorry for the delay guys lol. So we did the key handover today but the painters and the cleaners still need to come back tomorrow. The cleaners were scheduled for today but no show. So we can put the front door keys in yet as they will both need to get in tomorrow. We are just using the garage to get in and out. We got our famous Coral hamper but I forgot to get picks so hold out for this tomorrow lol I didnt get many pics (i will work on this over the next few days) but we did get the temp fence up to keep our little dogs in the yard. We got all our curtain rods installed so after the clean tomorrow we will just need to hang the curtains Some issues with the windows scratched frames and rubbers sliding out plus that big gap in the external space needs to be filled still they will come next week I hope. Hand towel holder in the seperate toilet still needs to be relocated ss will be back later this week to fix Kitchen tap issue still needs resolving Credits for a couple of overcharges will be raised as variations and returned to us will take a couple weeks. Marks on the Island bench hope the cleaners can remove them A few more little things but over all we are just happy to finally after 8 long months to get the keys. It was getting last so I thru my little guy in the laundry tub for a quick scrub he thought it was great Unfortunately we have to wait for cleaners tocome thru tomorrow before we can move anything in and we are all off work and ready. I also have super amart delivering our new king bed and our oldest new queen tomorrow morning so I will be back bright and early so they will just have to put it in the garage and we will have to move them in once the clean is completed Probs be easier to just clean it myself in the morning and be done with it. Wow this post went much longer then expected lol...ok a couple pics more over the next few days Oh and should have mentioned blue dots everywhere in and out when we all arrived from the QA inspection. I would love to know the score the house got! Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15010 Hi so sorry for the late reply.
