We are going to build a house (Bermuda 23) in Aspect Greenvale by PD. We have our World of style appointment tomorrow and apparently, the single story ones don't have a tender. But we have informed by our BC that we may have to upgrade out roof tiles from cat 1 to cat 3! They said that the state requirement is low profile tiles which they only have it in the cat 3. Does anyone know about low profile roof tiles?
