I have misplaced the USB & cannot find it anywhere /quote] Hi, I have the USB stick, let me know what info are you after. Hi Singalg I just PM you Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 6747Jul 20, 2017 6:53 am Washington29 Hi guys, For those further along in the process, did you keep the fridge space as standard? Just worried that if we get a fridge to fit the width, the depth will be too long and the front of the fridge will stick out...?! BUT... In saying that, I just signed off on the drawings today and very hesitant to cause any further delays! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ All the research we did was that 650 was deep enough for most fridges unless we wanted a really big one (800L+) but most fridges are designed to stick out a bit so the doors can open more than 90 degrees. We made ours 700 deep just to add a bit of extra space for ventilation and the water connection but that was back at contract. We wouldn't have bothered if we had already signed off the kitchen plans. We were considering if it is worth bringing the door a bit further out to align with garage door... We had the front facade of our Manhattan 52 level (garage with study) but our council refused to pass the plans. You need to check with your council as they are all different. They also dropped the eaves on our portico to make it fit as otherwise the eaves would hit the bedroom windows. Yes there was a cost involved, but it wasn't huge. Maybe 2-3k? I honestly can't remember Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The look of the facade depends on what house you build though. Here's the same facade on 2 different wisdom designs. The smaller one is the majestic, the bigger one is the Manhattan (from memory) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Building Majestic 40 - wisdom homes Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 6750Jul 20, 2017 12:18 pm @mrsllamas2016 Thank You, for all pics, now I feel may be we need to widen the porch a bit. Are you able to post the plan again with the measurement of porch. I looked through yours old pics and there is no plan. Upgraded the tiles there to try and match up to the spotted gum laminate that will go down in the living areas. Its not a great pic, taken @ night, and laundry door needs a good clean. (we can't access inside anymore.) Since lockout, really can't get any good pics anymore. Tiles to all wet areas/balconies hopeful to be complete this week. Building Wisdom Aspiration 31 at Willowdale https://ourwillowdalehome.wordpress.com/ We have a 720L fridge going in, and gave the specs to Knebel at Kitchen design. Our fridge space is 630mm deep, and as advised above, the door hinges will stick out a bit so that the doors can open wider. Personal preference really. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 6756Jul 20, 2017 4:30 pm ozmonkeyoy nice tiles, are they timber look? We went to PGH Bricks & we have decided on Espresso, so thank you all for your inputs. Now to benchtops & cabinets! Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 6757Jul 20, 2017 7:11 pm aaron2008 @ozmonkeyoy nice tiles, are they timber look? We went to PGH Bricks & we have decided on Espresso, so thank you all for your inputs. Now to benchtops & cabinets! Yes, timber look tiles $52m2 ($17m2 over the $35m2 allowance) but with all the additional laying charges of $67m2 so came out @ $84m2 over allowance - adds up quickly!!!! Espresso is what we chose. Hopefully your brickies are good, our bricks need another clean, as still splotches of mortar over a lot of the bricks. They look good from a distance, but can show up irregularities up close. Good luck with the joinery choices..... Our signed mortgage docs are on their way back to bankwest in WA, they have said they will get their authority to commence construction letter out within 48 hours of them receiving them. W have to add our variation for dropped edge beams on to our end panel and some of the tiling needs fixing up on our construction plans, so hopefully final documents will be complete this week and we can hand the site over to W as soon as Narellan pools are finished.
