I went to www.spear.vic.gov.au put in your plan number and it'll tell you what stage your development is at. Re: Eliston Estate - Clyde, Melbourne 174Jun 28, 2017 6:23 pm firsttime_homies1401 TandH firsttime_homies1401 Stage 16 registered and settlement the 28th of June went for a drive and all stage 5,6,14 have their signs up. Stage 16 firsttime? Which release was that? I thought they had done 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 14? Or am I confused again?! Haha. Congrats on your title/settlement!. All done and ready to go now? Yeah my bad tandh, I think I was a bit excited about our release being titled. Unfortunately bad news our settlement has been delayed because (surprise, surprise) the developers solicitors are late in supplying docs that our lender needs. Oh no! Seriously?! This whole estate is a bit of a joke really! I hope it's not delayed too much and you don't get stung with any fees! Hopefully it'll all be worth it in the end and in a couple of years we'll forget all this rubbish! But I know in the contract if we're late we get charged late fees and $500 to book another settlement. We should've put something in the contract that if the developer was late we could charge fees but that'd never happen.
