Loving your colour choices though, and those photos CB found on the caesarstone page are stunning! Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 224Jun 22, 2017 1:25 pm Thanks jmart. It hasn't been fun at all - I just hope the whole build process isn't going to be this way! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 225Jun 27, 2017 10:41 am Can't believe this sh*t!!! The valuer has just advised (for the second time!) that access to our block is being denied by the developer.... so I called the developers SC, and she has not heard from them?!?! The valuer has been given the SCs mobile number and told to contact her directly, but obviously they have not done this!!! I'm so fed up with going around in friggin circles!!!! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 226Jun 27, 2017 10:42 am Bridgetwitch Can't believe this sh*t!!! Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 227Jun 27, 2017 10:57 am Commonwealth... apparently they use an external valuation company... - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 228Jun 27, 2017 10:59 am Bridgetwitch Commonwealth... apparently they use an external valuation company... - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Grrr, you would think it would be a simple process. Ours was done with 24 hours notice! I did have trouble contacting the SC at PineVue a few times and eventually she just stopped replying to me even through we were interested in land! But because she knew we wouldn't be a quick sale I think she treated us differently Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 229Jun 27, 2017 11:08 am Totally frustrating, Bridget!! Do you think your broker or loan manager could help? I assume it's on their head if they don't get this loan closed!! We didn't have any issues but there weren't any access issues. How freaking annoying! Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 231Jun 28, 2017 1:12 pm Hello my lovely H1 friends! Finally have our valuation booked in for tomorrow! It would seem the valuer actually contacted the PineVue SC we told them to contact all along, so now we have some progress!!! Just hoping they don't under-value us... please send positive vibes everyone! Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 232Jun 28, 2017 2:22 pm Yay!! About time! All they did for our valuation was land price + contracted build price, to the dollar. The retaining wall or any variations weren't even considered... Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 233Jun 28, 2017 3:29 pm That would be enough for us jmart.... last block we had got undervalued by $14k (different block, different lender) so hoping for better luck! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 235Jun 28, 2017 4:14 pm Bridgetwitch That would be enough for us jmart.... last block we had got undervalued by $14k (different block, different lender) so hoping for better luck! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Oh wow! I can't believe they undervalued your last one. Ours was the exact amount of land + build contract as well - Fingers crossed yours is the same 🤞 Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 237Jun 28, 2017 6:05 pm Yay!!! I'm sending lots of positive vibes and good thought out to the universe for you!! We had that same issue but it was my solicitor and the developers solicitor who were talking. Then came the last extended sunset date that broker told me bank could still not access when in fact pegs are ready and land was cleared. Broker then had to tell me thay want the build contract as well. Had to rush contract with builder. You might also encounter valuation coming off short by $15k. Then come settlement, bank advised an amt only to be changed on settlement date that i need to give $42k more. Had to rush to the bank to get managers check and meet the 2 pm deadline.... Building Simonds Prague Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 239Jun 28, 2017 8:07 pm God I remember valuation - bank didn't give right paperwork so our house had no flooring roof or aircon so didn't come into value enough lmao what idiots Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 240Jul 04, 2017 2:37 pm I'm beyond frustrated!!! Valuation went ahead as planned last Thursday, and I have only just found out now that it has been passed onto the the LMI valuator and we might hear something in 48 hours. Why is this process so drawn out and painful?!? I just want to know what the result was.... banks are f*cked!!! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Anybody know any good and reasonably priced Air conditioning contractors/companies that could install a ducted air conditioning system in the Central Coast NSW for a small… 0 10120 |
