Yes if dont get to site start before each new quarter price increase kicks in. Alternative is to let go off pricing matrix and take the base price in effect, ie. at time of site start.

Base prices for doubles tend to go up around $5,000 every 6 months. They usually run a new promo when they increase base price but apparently they aren't doing them anymore. So glad I signed up with the flooring and kitchen promo, saved around $8,000.

And we missed that promo.... but glad i booked it before 1st June as they increased the price again $5k for double story

Base prices for doubles tend to go up around $5,000 every 6 months. They usually run a new promo when they increase base price but apparently they aren't doing them anymore. So glad I signed up with the flooring and kitchen promo, saved around $8,000.

Yep we too are glad we got in early it has saved us around 15k! Although the flooring isnt the greatest I dont have to pay for it! So it can last us for a few years before we change it

That's lucky. Checked their Cat1 Flooring Laminate & Carpet was costing 14k. I can get cat3 or 4 in the same price from outside. The only issue is that Henley will give handover then we can have 3rd party flooring guys for our floor instal.

Yea the quality is far better externally but having it included as a promotion was definitely a huge bonus and savings for us

Besides structural changes and site costs ect, what have most spent on cosmetic upgrades at their colour app at cosham?
Does anyone know what the ceaserstone range is like between the different categories? Or have pictures or a list of names of the different ceaserstone colours?

My neighbours are building the Vogue at the moment, it looks like a great design, good luck with the build! Seven out of the ten houses being built in my street at the moment are Henley.

There's a lot of Henley going up in our estate too, do you know what stegbars aluminium stacker doors look like? They don't have any in displays and not sure if they are similar to the A&L boutique stackers. If they're thin and flimsy looking I'd rather upgrade to the timber ones.

They are the thin ones I will take some pics next time I visit my build, I think you can upgrade to the heavier boutique ones. Timber doors are standard in Henley and Reserve range I'm not to sure about essence. You should be able to get it added to your quote before you leave a deposit, that way you lock in current pricing and get some idea of cost before leaving deposit. Add everything you want at quote stage you can take it out later.

Yeah I thought they'd be the thin ones, I asked today at a display and it's around $890 to upgrade to the timber, the essence range comes with aluminium as standard. We are going in on Sunday so will get her to add it all to the quote. Thank you

Not all are red toned this is from Dec last year so may have changed. I ended up going with truffle. I really wanted Char or Iron but the jump in price from Cat 4 to 6 would have blown the budget. Make sure you go and look houses before deciding they look so different to the samples in some cases.

not sure what home your building but my price booklet is for Amalfi 631 so it could differ slightly but not to sure.

Re bricks, i tried my absolute hardest to like something in cat 1,2 & 3 but couldn't see pass the red, orange and yellow tones, I considered going Cat 1 and rendering the whole front, that was more expensive :::

so ended up with Cat 4 Truffle ($1530) which seems to be a very popular choice
