Just wondering if there is any reason someone would have a building + pest inspection BEFORE making an offer on a property, instead of making an offer subject to 'satisfactory' Building + Pest inspection?
I read somewhere that having that one less clause in a offer is somewhat appealing to a vendor, since there is less likelihood of a buyer pulling out or squabbling over repairs/deductions in price due to faults found in the B+P inspection?
Thoughts?
