I can only request for replacement but no guarantee if burbank will replace as this will be on going issues as we are facing too much rain. They have installed permanent ladder at the stair case area. He he I climb up the ladder to first floor and took lots of photos. I might not get this opportunity again. I was very careful not to trip, and walls are open so stayed close to the middle section of the house. Hubby not too impress for climbing up ( for safety).
