Beechwood Sydney... north coast and south coast have different contracts and suppliers hence different ranges... that was Beaumont head office that told me this when I mentioned is get a trailer and pick up the tiles from nowra myself But yes if you find out different and we can get heartwood in Sydney I am totally up for that!!!! Poppet your 100% right. Each franchise is able to supply different tiles as part of the standard Genisis range. Beaumont at Nowra seem to supply a larger range. They must be supplying these tiles at a cheaper price (dropping their mark up) knowing that if they are used to do the main tiles that most ppl will extend tile heights add feature tiles etc and that's where they make there money. Monument? How did you get a aerial view of this house btw? Gives a great perspective of the whole area. It's Basalt and we love it! I was fortunate enough that one of my friends used his drone to take some aerial photos for us. It surprises me that there haven't been more people on our side of the street they're all sold though. The house to the left of us will be an Allworth and the one on the right is a GJ. We just love our Castle on the hill.
