We couldn't fix our rate until the last drawdown... Just fixed a portion a couple of weeks ago but after hearing predictions today I'm kicking myself we didn't fix more. Never mind. A bit of debt never hurt ... Haha. People keep saying to me 'why did you build a double storey house if you're never having kids?' And I've just been saying 'what else would I spend my money on?'
