I think I may cry if ours takes that long lol. I'm guessing Christmas time really throws all builds out of whack. 3 and a bit months from when we first started our process and signed land contracts .... We final settle on land 3pm today..... Crazily our Hallmark start date isn't until 28th April so I hope they can start earlier than that- seems like such a long period to wait. ( and we really hate our rental ) At least you get an approximate completion date I guess, could be worse. We are patiently waiting that's for sure haha! Those extra few weeks won't even matter once we move in though so all is good ![]() The waiting game feels much harder when you can't see progress happening but I'll keep my fingers crossed for an earlier start date for you!
