We are considering a small pool but would have access issues after the build which would be more costly... I know here in the illawarra there is a BH that had a pool installed prior to the build. It was all fenced (?temporary)and everything before build started. In saying that this house has had a lot of delays as their slab was poured the day before ours and is still under construction now. Doubt its got anything to do with the pool though. We didnt ask Beechwood but the pool builder said they have dealt with beechwood before and the answer is no. This was on the central coast so not sure if its the same for you. I would ask anyway. We are now going to wait until handover. 20/11/15 - Settled land 06/11/15 - Request 1st tender BH 21/04/16 - Colour Selections and Contracts Signed 31/05/16 - Commencement Letter 24/06.16 - Started work onsite - cut and benching begun Re: Who is building with Beechwood 14299Feb 02, 2017 1:20 pm As promised for the end jan/beginning feb we had our glass splashback installed today.
