Does anyone have idea what it is? It runs along our whole backyard and is approx a metre into our backyard. Joel expects to Civil work to be completed by Xmas 2016 Still on track for March? Last I heard it was Feb. Interesting.. A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor.
