Hi all,

New member to this forum, and also a first home buyer. I put a deposit yesterday on a H&L package with Firstyle Homes in Oaklands Estate - Lot 427.

Would you have any feedback on easements / contour map / slope / elevation etc, and also any feedback on the block itself and also building with Firstyle Homes.

I come bearing glad tidings to you all on this bleak Monday morning.

As of Friday, 24 June 2016, all lots in Stage 1 Oaklands Estate subdivisions are awaiting examinations in LPI:

This applies to both DP1204779 (lot 101 - lot 136) and DP1204785 (lot 201- lot 217). Feel free to check the LPI online store to see it for yourself.

From this point they will undergo folio creation before the registration is completed for all individual lots.

We're nearly there!!!

Anyone know when the land registers? I think I'm in stage 3.

Since LPI changed the few things on website..

Check this link and find your DP under "Plans, Cadastral and Survey" (third one on the drop down list)

Doesn't Requisition imply that questions have been asked and the developer needs to respond?

Status was changed to Requisition for Series 1 lots on Friday to Requisition.

Stage 1 Series 2 are still Awaiting Examination.

Electronic plan relodgment (eRelodge)

Plans may only be eRelodged if the following criteria are met:

re-lodgment is undertaken by the surveyor who prepared the plan
the surveyor has been approved to lodge plans electronically for registration and is authorised by the lodging party to relodge the plan on their behalf
the plan does not bear any original signatures (ie when originally lodged it was accompanied by a signatures / administration sheet
Plan (P), Survey Report (R), Checklist (K), and letter / miscellaneous (L) files may be eRelodged. All other manual file types must be manually relodged.

Note The surveyor has automatic authority to eRelodge unless the Lodging Party specifically states otherwise.
