Meant to book two inspections (fixing and pre-handover stage) but our site supervisor somehow 'forgot' that we wanted to have fixing state inspection and he went on with plastering the house. New Home Inspections were very understanding that we had to cancel the appointment, and they even offered complimentary thermal imaging for pre-handover inspection. We received the comprehensive report within a day even though the poor guy seemed quite sick with flu. Happy with the service, we highly recommend them!
